Mold Design Capabilities
Using Moldflow analysis software, the company evaluates injection pressure, gate location, weld lines, and cooling layout to prevent defects such as incomplete filling and surface shrinkage. Capabilities include two-color injection molds (hard PA6 + soft TPE) and thread core demolding via hydraulic motor rotation.
